It crashes when I transfer a video

It crashes when I transfer a video from my Macbook to my iPad 4.
Just before finishing the video transfer, the app in the iPad crashes.
Sometimes the MAC app AND the iPad app crash at the same time when I try to transfer a video.

Please fix it!
