Photo Transfer App App Reviews

80 Customer Reviews:

Live saving … cuts my workflow in half to be able to instantly take a screenshot on device and flip over to PTA and view it. What used to take 20-30 seconds now takes 5.

It’s a Breeze

What a useful app. I use it mainly to transfer photos from iPhoto on my Macbook Air to my iPad and find it simple to use.

This is a very nice app to use to transfer your photos, which is what I wanted. Initially I had some difficulty getting the app on the Mac to recognize eithe my iPad or iPhone through the WiFi. I still so have difficulty with the WiFi. But to the credit of the developer, there is a Bluetooth option which works very smoothly. It will easily move 20-30 photos at a time, if you were to move say 200 or so, it takes a little time with Bluetooth, but it does the job. I would have given 5 stars if the WiFi was working. Perhaps future versions can fix this hiccup. Bottom line, would I buy this app again…..yes I would, would I recommend it to a friend……yes I would but I mention the WiFi issue as well.

I needed an app that would be able to transfer a large number of photos that were loaded on my laptop from my Canon camera (large format) to my ipad or iphone to use with instagram and other social media platforms. This has worked amazingly well. transfering large numbers of photos at a time in a matter of minutes. 130+ photos in less than 5 minutes. I have also transferred video clips. Super easy to use. I highly recommend it for these purposes. I have transferred photos from Aperture, iphoto and my downloads, works well for all of these.

Got this app today and love it. I had old pics and videos on my iPad/iphone from previous backups. I was able to save all of them because of this app!

Transferring photos and movies to and from iDevices to a Mac is a pain. This app makes it easy. I’ve been using it a while…I think it cost a few dollars. Can’t remember how much, but it’s definitely worth it!

This app worked and it worked fast, no fooling around to figure out how to move my photos—download and upload. The Mac app is free so kudos to the developers. Nice job.

Vacationing across the world, needed to transfer photos to my laptop to free space and it won;t even connect. Forget the "simply restart the app" or other useless instructions. Im a network engineer. It just…doesnt…work.

multiple folders

This app lets me have mulitple folders on my iPad. The cost is cheap when considering how much iMac software costs.

A real life saver this app. It works perfectly every time. And the blue color is nice, not like that icky Facebook blue ;-P Seriously tho, worth every penny.

I use it every week or so to transfer from phone to my desk top to keep my phone pictures from getting out of hand. I don’t use iPhoto to store pictures and that seems to be where Apple wants to download to. Just got an iPhone 6 and am using Photo Transfer to transfer favorites on to the new phone. Keep up the good work.

I have used this app previously to great success. However the current version communicating with my iPad air 2 seems buggy requiring restarts of the app on the Mac and iPad to get a transfer to work. Both the Mac and iPad app have quit unexpectedly multiple times. Very disappointing.
